An industrial display on QM108H

2025-07-10 · Company

This industrial display is a turnkey design. The chip is QM108H. The main processor is a dual Cortex-A7 at 1.0 GHz, with a dual coprocessor at 400 MHz. It decodes H.264 and H.265 at 4K, 30 frames. It runs Linux Debian, and Qt 5, Python 3, OpenCV, VNC, and SQLite 3 run on that. The picture stays on the device, and a model can run there too.

Ports

  • Wi-Fi, USB, and MicroSD. Three network ports: one at 1000M, two at 100M.
  • RS485, 12 V in and out, a relay, infrared body detection, and a photoelectric sensor.
  • The panel goes up to 1080p. A speaker, microphones, and a USB keyboard or mouse can be attached.

The board also has two serial ports, JTAG, a headphone jack, an RTC battery, and 12 V power. The Wi-Fi module and the TF slot can be fitted for a project, or left off.

The prices in that announcement

The 10 July 2025 post named two brackets. Industrial-display units from 2,000 pieces were 10 percent off the list price. A single order of 5,000 QM108H chips was 10 percent off, and an order of 6,000 included 30 spare chips of the same part. Write to ask whether those brackets still stand.

Put “industrial display”, the company name, and a contact on the subject line, and send it to qmpublic@quaming.com. The unit is on the Lingxi community.
